A 29-day residential 300-hour course in Jonk Village near Ram Jhula, starting on the first of each month, with Monday-to-Saturday teaching, half-days on Wednesday and Sunday off. Hatha in the early morning and Ashtanga Vinyasa in the late afternoon bracket philosophy, anatomy and methodology sessions.

Prerequisites: Mandatory completion of a 200-hour yoga teacher training course. Certification also requires 90% attendance.
