Black Lotus Retreat at Nøsen
Ty Landrum's Black Lotus retreat at a mountain hotel in Valdres, roughly three hours north of Oslo. Mornings are Mysore practice, late mornings are workshops, and the week also carries pranayama, chanting and philosophy sessions plus two led practices with yoga nidra. Nøsen handles all bookings.
