Bali Intensive
Recurring multi-week Mysore-style seasons at a shala in Bali, sold by the week as tuition only. Daily Mysore practice and guided mornings are joined by three afternoon workshops per week on body awareness, philosophy, alignment, backbends, hip opening and movement skills. Participants arrange their own lodging and food.
