Two-week residential retreat at Purple Valley in Goa aimed at practitioners already working with the intermediate and advanced series. Mornings pair meditation with Mysore-style practice and pranayama; middays cover Veda recitation; afternoons are technical workshops on transitions, arm balances, backbends and hip opening.

Prerequisites: Purple Valley and larugayoga.com both state participants must have completed (memorised) the Primary Series and have begun practising drop-backs in backbending.
