iRest Level 1 Training
The first step of the iRest yoga nidra pathway: roughly thirty hours on the history, theory and ten-step protocol of iRest, taught over two long weekends in person or on Zoom. Graduates may call themselves iRest Level 1 Teachers and appear in the institute's directory; Level 2 and certification follow.
