Six-day summer Ashtanga intensive at the Bordeaux shala. Mornings combine meditation, pranayama, Mysore or led practice and Sanskrit chanting; afternoons are alignment workshops or restorative sessions. Not open to beginners.

Prerequisites: Pratique régulière d'ashtanga yoga depuis au moins 2/3 ans; familiarity with Mysore classes, or autonomy in sun salutations and standing postures.
