Mysore Intensive with Dena - Ashtanga Yoga Shala Byron Bay
Dena Kingsberg's own shala in Byron Bay runs multi-week Mysore intensives when she is home between international teaching. Intensive weeks are early-morning self-practice, Monday to Friday, in a small private-residence shala. Outside intensive periods, assistant teachers hold a lighter mid-morning and dawn schedule. Students may join for one or more weeks.
